To login to MyAccount, you must reset your password, email address, and re-register your account. This will only be required once and we apologize for the inconvenience.
To re-register you will need an account number. Either the new number or old number will work. If you don’t have a past or new bill on hand, call 360-992-3000 (24 hours a day, every day) and we can help.
